Comprehensive maintenance of several buildings for the Mallorca health service

Project description

Most of the buildings are primary care health centres and 24 hour centres, although the maintenance also includes administrative buildings, such as the central offices of the Primary Care Department. The centres are in four sectors, corresponding to geographical areas, distributed around the island of Mallorca: Ponent, Tramuntana, Mitgjorn and Llevant. In total there are around 134 buildings with an approximate surface area of 85,000 square meters.
