• Responsibility: Project and site management.
• Comprehensive refurbishment of outdoor spaces.
• Waterproofing of public space over a car park area of 8,600m2.
• Laying of 10,000 m2 of paving stones throughout the area of activity.
• Construction of a large canopy-sunshade to cover 1200m2.
• Closure of an existing amphitheatre for the construction of a playground.
• Replacement of lighting, rainwater and irrigation installations, and signage.
