Project description

The new property, located on Calle Ciutat de Granada, was designed by the architects Batlle i Roig and is intended to be a benchmark in the premium office space marketing sector in Barcelona. With a budget in excess of 25 million euros, the building has over 24,000m2 spread over its 17 floors, with open plan areas of 1,800m2. It holds a LEED Platinum sustainability certification and its technical specifications and finishings are of the highest quality and energy efficiency.
