Integral maintenance of IFEMA

Project description

Eiffage Energía, which is responsible for the maintenance of IFEMA, has a multidisciplinary team that varies depending on the occupation of the halls and the volume of connections to be made. These teams consist of: electricians, plumbers and mechanics; the team can consist of as many as 40 technicians for some fairs. The service provided is based on the activity of fairs held in 12 halls, the north convention centre and the south office building, which together occupy a total surface area of 700,000 m2 with 200,000 m2 of exhibition space.
