Project description

The new Eiffage Energía headquarters in Spain, located at km 3.200 of the Mahora highway is now in operation. This represents a great leap forward for one of the most international companies in Castile-La Mancha. The project includes the refurbishment and expansion of the Eiffage Energía group’s current facilities in Spain, the full refurbishment and expansion of the office building, the removal of the vehicle workshop and reorganisation of the warehouse building. The construction of a new building for parking and the complete reorganisation of the plot, including parking, accesses and green areas, among others.
