Air conditioning installations at the Benito Manni Healthcare Complex in Cienpozuelos

Project description

There are 35,000 square metres of constructed surface area, including the redistribution of the main building, mental health areas, daycare centre, retirement home and shared services, with capacity for 495 resident beds. Heat production of 2800 kW will be installed, with natural gas condensation boilers for heating, and 1000 kW of boilers with mixed burners for hot water production, supported by a solar installation of 150 vacuum pipe panels. Cold production will be split up into two cold plants, with a total of 850 kW in four high efficiency air condenser coolers with extra-low noise levels. Air will be treated by single zone four pipe air conditioners and high efficiency filtration.
