Last November, Eiffage Infraestructuras began construction of the TM Grupo Inmobiliario construction company’s project on Benidorm’s Poniente beach. A parking building and observation deck!
It is a unique building and work since, in addition to a public parking lot, it includes a viewpoint from which those interested can see the entire Paseo de Poniente (Benidorm) from a height of more than 30 meters. With a champagne-colored, marine-quality aluminum “deployé” facade, this unique parking and lookout building has a surface area of 7,256.75 square meters and capacity for 240 vehicles. These new parking spaces solve the parking problems that occur in this area during the high season.
The viewpoint is located on the 7th floor 7, on the 2nd line of the beach, with a perfect view of the sea. The parking lot has two elevators, one for six and one for eight people each. The viewpoint, with panoramic views of the Poniente beach is undoubtedly one more attraction for this area of the city.
